- Conduct behaviour assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behaviour intervention programs.
- Provide parent education and support.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families.
- Collect and analyse data to track progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and staff.
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis and behaviour management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children and teens with autism (preferred).
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
