Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide in-home supervision and support to clients and families
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Stay updated on evidence-based ABA practices
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Nevada LBA required (GA or IN LBA is a plus)
- Experience working as a BCBA or in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet 120 billable hours per month
- Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented
- Full-Time or Part-Time options available
- Hybrid model: In-home services remote supervision
- Must be comfortable with some local travel
- Starting salary: $90,000 annually
