Your Impact as a BCBA
You’ll play a key role in transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based care:
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 therapy and support for families
Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices
What You Bring
BCBA Certification
Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
Experience working with children with autism/developmental needs
Strong communication and clinical skills
A compassionate, client-first mindset
Reliable transportation
Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help!)
Ability to meet physical job requirements
Ability to pass a background check
