Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Survey CAD Draftsman to prepare survey drawings with a strong emphasis on telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role supports telecom, utility, and right-of-way mapping, as well as plats, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and topographic surveys. You will work closely with project managers and field crews to deliver survey drawings to our clients.

You will work closely with project managers and field crews to deliver survey drawings to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare telecom survey drawings (fiber, towers, utilities)
- Draft plats, ALTA/NSPS, topo, utility, and ROW/easement exhibits
- Process field data into finished CAD drawings
- Draft and review legal descriptions
- Review title commitments, record easements, and deeds
- Revise drawings per redlines and updates
- Perform QC checks (closure, accuracy, labeling)
- Coordinate with PMs and field crews
- Produce deliverables using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Maintain organized files and clear written communication
- Telecommunications (fiber, wireless, small cell)
- Utility coordination/design
- Civil design
- Construction layout
- Survey field experience preferred
Salary : $20 - $30
