What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney position at W3Global?
Full Job Description
A boutique law firm located in downtown Long Beach, California, specializing in defending businesses such as grocery stores, banks, and pharmacies against personal injury lawsuits such as slip and falls, trip and falls, and motor vehicle accidents.
You MUST have a California Bar Law License or be taking the July 29-30, 2025 California Bar Examination.
We are looking for an applicant who has between 0.5-5 years of experience working as an Attorney, or a recent law school graduate who is about to take the July 29-30, 2025 California Bar Examination.
Working at our firm will provide an excellent growth opportunity for those looking to learn by doing, and develop into becoming great lawyers. This means immediate file handling responsibilities (with supervision and training to start off), drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, and interaction with opposing counsel. You will not be limited to performing only 1-2 tasks for extended periods of time like in larger firms. You will learn to do it all.
The ideal applicant will have good written and oral communication skills, be a quick learner, take direction well, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, work proactively, and enjoy investigating the details of a Plaintiff's claims to uncover things that may be hidden from us intentionally.
We offer a competitive salary depending upon your experience, including a generous benefit package including PPO health insurance, bar dues, and student loan repayment assistance incentives.
