We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Personal Injury Attorney
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial
- Conduct case evaluations and develop litigation strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Take and defend depositions
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Provide exceptional client communication and guidance
- Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- 5-8 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
