About The Job
Veterinarian Opportunity - Privately Owned, Doctor-Driven Medicine, True Team Partnership
We are the Best Beach Town in Michigan Imagine practicing high-quality, fulfilling veterinary medicine in a busy, thriving hospital - and then leaving work to head to the beach, the trails, or the water.
We are a privately owned, doctor-led practice located in what many locals call the best beach town in Michigan, and we are seeking a veterinarian who wants both an exceptional quality of life and the freedom to practice medicine the right way.
If you are an experienced veterinarian who still loves medicine - but is tired of feeling like "just another provider" - this is an opportunity to become a true partner in a hospital, not just another employee.
We are not owned by private equity.
We do not micromanage medicine.
We trust doctors to do what is best for their patients.

✔ Active involvement in shelter medicine as Veterinarian of Record for the local shelter
✔ Select exotic animal cases for added clinical variety
✔ Strong anesthesia, monitoring, and patient safety protocols
You will build long-term relationships with clients, follow cases, and practice medicine with intention - not rush through appointments or feel pressured by non-medical decision-makers.
An Exceptional Licensed Team That Truly Supports You
One of the strongest advantages of this hospital is the depth, professionalism, and stability of the support staff.
Our doctors are supported by highly trained licensed veterinary nurses and certified veterinary assistants who are proactive, skilled, and deeply invested in patient outcomes.

We strongly believe that great veterinarians should still be able to:
What This Looks Like In Practice
This allows regular check-ins and proactive adjustments instead of burnout-driven changes.
