Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and treatment for adult sex offenders
- Provide assessment and support to non-offending family members
- Facilitate individual and group therapy
- Manage case documentation and maintain detailed records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Communicate with referral sources and outside agencies
- Provide court testimony when required
- Attend trainings, conferences, and staff meetings
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW)
- Must be within 6 years of original BBS registration date
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Working knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Experience in forensic, correctional, probation, or court-mandated settings
- Familiarity with ATSA guidelines and CASOMB standards
- Experience facilitating treatment groups
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually
