We have partnered with a well-established personal injury litigation firm in Massachusetts that is actively seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This firm has been serving clients for several decades and handles a wide range of plaintiff-side matters across District, Superior, and Federal courts. The practice focuses on representing individuals who have suffered injuries and financial loss due to negligence. This opportunity is ideal for a Junior Attorney or newly admitted lawyer who is looking to gain hands-on litigation experience and develop their career within a contingency-based personal injury practice.

- Motor vehicle accidents
- Workers' compensation claims
- Premises liability (slip and fall)
- Dog bite injuries
- Maritime injuries
- Breach of contract matters
- Manage cases from initial intake through trial, and appeal when necessary.
- Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
- Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the litigation process.
- Work with expert witnesses as needed.
- Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
- Maintain strong organisation while managing a high-volume caseload.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar (candidates awaiting admission after passing the Bar will also be considered).
- Prior experience in litigation, personal injury, insurance, court systems, or healthcare environments is beneficial.
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using modern office and legal technology.
- Language skills are a plus, particularly: Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.

- Expected total earnings: $75,000 - $100,000 annually depending on performance
