We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with experince in Personal Injury to join our legal team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw AI to support case development across multiple practice areas.
- Review of medical records, police reports, etc.
- Draft deman letters to insurance companies.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests with precision and clarity.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing case files, preparing exhibits, witness preparation and conducting depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal strategies.
- Manage legal case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the MA bar is required and NH bar admission preferred.
- Proven experience in law office settings demonstrating familiarity with litigation processes.
- Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Pay commensurate with level of experience.
