Plaintiff's personal injury and worker's compensation law firm located in Chicago West Loop and Naperville is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney. Candidate should have at least one year working in personal injury litigation. Candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases. The Associate Attorney's responsibilities include meeting with clients, performing intakes, ascertaining client needs, choosing the most appropriate course of action pre-suit, commencing litigation, preparing and filing complaints, answering written discovery, taking depositions and representing clients' interests in court hearings and at trial. During the process, the candidate will be required to collaborate with and report to a supervising attorney in charge of each case.
