Key Responsibilities
- Lead trial preparation and coordination for assigned trial teams.
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case intake to resolution.
- Interact with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel both over the phone and in person.
- Draft and review motions, responses, and other pleadings (writing sample required, max 10 pages).
- Utilize case management software and dashboards to effectively manage caseloads.
- Ensure compliance with firm and court deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
- 5-8 years of personal injury litigation experience (single-event focus preferred).
- Prior trial preparation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
