We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Texas team. This role is suited for a seasoned litigator who can manage a substantial caseload independently and handle all phases of litigation without hand-holding. The ideal candidate is driven, efficient, and capable of delivering immediate results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 75-100 active personal injury litigation files
- Oversee cases from inception through trial with minimal supervision
- Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
- Prepare cases for trial, including case strategy and witness preparation
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed and organized case records
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license
- Extensive experience in personal injury litigation
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong experience with depositions, motions, mediations, and trial prep
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with minimal need for supervision
- Capable of handling complex litigation matters independently
- Ready to contribute and deliver results from day one
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
