Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide prompt and professional client responses
- Comfortable working in a fully paperless environment with strong computer skills
- Willingness to travel to WCAB offices throughout Southern California when required
- Writing sample required with application
- Provide high-quality client service and maintain regular communication
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Independently manage and prioritize an open caseload
- Utilize electronic document management and case management systems efficiently
