Our client, a well-established and highly regarded personal injury law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters, including managing and trying your own cases
- Serve as second chair on cases handled by senior attorneys/partners
- Engage in extensive client interaction and maintain strong client relationships
- Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
- 3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (flexible for strong candidates)
- Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and Maryland and/or Virginia (all three preferred)
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused
- Motivated individual seeking long-term career growth
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
