- Troubleshoot operational challenges, implement solutions, and maintain adherence to production schedules and timelines.
- Support team management, including training, motivation, and performance oversight for foundry staff.

- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to align foundry activities with broader manufacturing goals.
