We are seeking motivated environmental professionals to support asbestos abatement oversight and related environmental consulting projects. This position is suitable for both experienced candidates and recent graduates with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science, earth science, or a related field.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with project teams, communicate effectively with clients and contractors, and receive training related to job-specific responsibilities and applicable state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities
- Monitor asbestos abatement activities to help ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and approved work practices.
- Coordinate with building owners, contractors, consultants, and regulatory representatives.
- Review project documentation, maintain field records, and prepare clear reports.
- Support inspections, air monitoring, visual evaluations, and project closeout activities as assigned.
- Assist with other environmental consulting services, including hazardous building materials, indoor air quality, environmental site assessments, and regulatory reviews.
- Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science, earth science, or a related discipline.
- Connecticut asbestos project monitor licensing is preferred; qualified non-licensed candidates will also be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel throughout Connecticut and other New England locations.
Salary : $30 - $32
