Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide complete system assessments.
- Present repair options and pricing to customers.
- Install, repair, and service:
- Tank and tankless gas/electric water heaters
- Faucets
- Toilets
- Sinks
- Tubs and showers
- Garbage disposals
- Water treatment systems
- Leak repairs
- Sewer and drain cleaning
- Complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer payments upon completion of work.
- Communicate with dispatch after each service call to receive the next assignment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately.
- Attend daily safety meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain a clean work area and wear company-provided uniforms.
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with residential plumbing service; light commercial experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls from start to finish.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to relocate to the service area before employment begins.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment/ongoing drug screenings.
