We are seeking a Project Architect or Architectural Designer to join a multidisciplinary design practice based in Los Angeles. This role will support and lead projects across planning, programming, ground-up construction, gallery interiors, and exhibition design. The position requires managing multiple projects at varying phases of development while maintaining design excellence, budget awareness, and schedule alignment.
The ideal candidate is both a strong conceptual thinker and a technically capable producer who can move seamlessly between design development and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project design and delivery from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Lead and contribute to project presentations and reports.
- Produce drawing packages for both presentation and construction.
- Conduct collections analysis and documentation.
- Develop space planning studies and gallery/exhibition designs.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
- Participate in site visits, including potential international travel.
- Review construction documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensure projects align with design intent, budget, and schedule requirements.
- 3 years of experience in an architecture firm.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating clear design sensibility.
- Experience in gallery or exhibition design is a plus.
- Licensed Architect certification is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino required; Revit a plus).
- Strong rendering skills (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and production skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
