Mission
- To grant business owner's freedom from day to day accounting and book keeping activities, allowing them to focus their efforts on Business Growth and Development.
- Ensure every client has complete, accurate and timely financial information to support informed business decisions.
- To support our Fractional CFO in all aspects of client service and execution, so that the CFO can focus on CFO activities.
- Provide Complete and Accurate Monthly Financial Reports according to each client's reporting schedule.
- Perform Bank and Account Reconciliations and File Supporting Documentation
- Prepare Monthly Actual vs Plan KPI Reports
- Ensure the Chart of Accounts aligns with information needed to make informed business decisions
- Manage the Accounts Payable processing for clients
- Log and pay bills according with business process
- Ensure Insurance and W9s are received from each vendor and updated annually
- Prepare Annual 1099 forms to send to all vendors
- Manage Accounts Receivable processing for clients
- Send and Track Invoices according with business process
- Monitor Aged Receivables and Collections
- Ensure Customer Profiles are updated with pertinent information
- Calculate and Pay monthly Sales Tax on behalf of each business
- Process and Run Payroll for each business
- Provide insight into Continuous Improvement opportunities for each and every client
- Exhibit Company Core Values at all times
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of accounting experience Or 5 years of Marine or RV Dealership Experience
- Highly proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Office 365
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems: Lightspeed, Winnboats or other DMS
