Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Support budgeting activities and analyze monthly financial results against forecasts
- Monitor spending effectiveness, including sales and marketing costs
- Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, and inventory adjustments
- Maintain financial records and develop internal reports for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements and regulatory filings
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows
- Promote safe and compliant workplace practices
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Office-based role with occasional interaction in operational areas
- Direct supervision of accounting staff members and coordination of departmental activities
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
