Description:
Our Client, a 50-year-old award-winning firm in Utah, is looking for a technically oriented, licensed Project Architect that can support our complex, one-of-a-kind designs. This is a full-time, long-term position with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create Construction Drawings

• Manage and create production drawing sets and specs for commercial architecture in Revit

• Envelope Design

• Exterior and Interior detailing

• Interior architecture

• Manage, Coordinate, and Review architectural staff's drawings to ensure quality construction drawing sets

Requirements: (do not apply if you don't meet ALL the following)

• Minimum 10 years on State of Utah projects (DFCM)

• Minimum 10 years licensed architect working on commercial projects

• Minimum 10 years in Revit on commercial projects, and considers themselves a "power user" in Revit

• Minimum 10 years technically detailing complex commercial buildings

• Skilled in coordinating consulting engineers

• Skilled in coordinating architectural staff's drawings

• Someone who is kind, patient, and believes in hard work - and does whatever is necessary to get the job done correctly and on time

Experience:

• Commercial architecture: 10 years (Required)

• Revit: 10 years (Required)
