Position: Mechanic - SOD FARM
Location: Kenansville, FL
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Pay Range: $25 - $35/hour (approx. 50 hours/week)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic with a strong background in automotive, farm equipment, and heavy equipment repair. This role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, agricultural equipment, and heavy machinery.
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and OEM specifications.
Operate tractors and heavy equipment (e.g., excavators) as needed for repairs.
Maintain accurate service and parts usage records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely repair completion.
Adhere to all safety protocols in the shop and on-site.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven mechanic experience (automotive, farm, and/or heavy equipment).
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various tools for assembly and maintenance.
Familiarity with farm machinery, industrial equipment, and tractor-trailers.
Experience with electrical systems troubleshooting and soldering.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Schedule:
Full-time, onsite
Expected ~50 hours per week
