This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills and a passion for outdoor beautification.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate mowing crews to ensure timely completion of landscape maintenance projectsLead landscaping activities including lawn care, gardening, pruning, and planting to enhance outdoor spacesOversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water managementManage construction-related tasks such as site preparation, soil grading, and landscape installation projectsConduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols across all team members during daily operationsProvide training and mentorship to crew members on horticulture practices, equipment use, and maintenance proceduresMonitor project progress, inspect completed work for quality assurance, and communicate updates to clients or supervisorsSkillsExtensive experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening techniquesProven supervisory experience leading outdoor crews in landscaping or related fieldsStrong knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care, and irrigation systemsAbility to perform construction tasks related to landscaping projects with precisionExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyFamiliarity with equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping toolsKnowledge of safety standards and best practices in outdoor work environmentsThis role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead energetic teams while shaping beautiful landscapes.
