Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in GAAP, financial statement preparation, and multi-entity accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of independently managing complex accounting functions with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and general ledger accounts
Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Perform reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
Manage data entry and accuracy within accounting software systems
Handle multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions
Oversee fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong hands-on accounting experience with the ability to work independently
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles
Experience with multi-entity accounting and shared ledger environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM (On-Site)

This is a fully on-site position and not a remote opportunity
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment requiring strong focus and accuracy
