Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will handle day-to-day leasing tasks such as following up on leads, conducting property tours, and maintaining lease documentation. Additional responsibilities include resident retention, providing stellar customer service, and facilitating lease administration. The role also involves addressing resident inquiries, fulfilling maintenance requests, and ensuring residents have a high-quality living experience.
Qualifications
- Leasing and Lease Administration skills
- Resident Retention and Customer Service Experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not required
