Role Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Farmers Branch, TX. As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist prospective residents by showcasing our luxury communities, guiding them through the leasing process, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing lease agreements, ensuring resident satisfaction through retention efforts, and maintaining accurate lease documentation and records. You will also serve as a key resource for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns, and contributing to a welcoming and high-quality living experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with leases and lease administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation
- Proven customer service and resident retention skills with a focus on creating a positive resident experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, teams, and prospects
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of property management software and general leasing processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in property management is an advantage
