This is a full-time, on-site role based in McKinney, TX, for a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting resident retention. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting property tours, assisting prospective residents with leasing inquiries, processing lease applications, and ensuring lease agreements meet company standards. The role also involves building positive relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Experience in Lease Administration, including understanding lease agreements and assisting prospective residents with the leasing process
- Skills in Resident Retention and relationship building to maintain a high level of satisfaction among residents
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with residents and prospective clients
- Ability to handle tasks related to leases, ensure compliance with legal standards, and manage leasing operations efficiently
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing priorities
- Knowledge of property management software systems is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
