W Salon, Spa & Wine Bar is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to join our thriving 7-figure luxury salon team.

What You’ll Do as Our Front Desk Leader:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of W — greeting every guest with warmth and luxury-level hospitality
- Manage the full booking process — scheduling appointments, confirming reservations, and optimizing the salon schedule for maximum flow and profitability
- Handle all phone and online inquiries with professionalism and care
- Process payments, retail sales, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with stylists and the team to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- Sell retail products and recommend add-on services with confidence and genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and inviting front desk and waiting area
- Manage salon inventory, product restocking, and supply ordering
- Track and report on key metrics including pre-booking rates, retail sales, and client retention
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Help create a calm, luxurious atmosphere where both guests and team members feel valued
