Lead Accountant

This position is a full-time and an in-office position located in Osage Beach, MO working as a CPA across multiple businesses we own. These businesses include Performance Boat Center, Performance Powerboats, Redhead Lakesside Grill, Roxies Roadhouse, and The Cave Bar and Grill. You will work directly under our Business Manager.

• Balance financial records and check for inaccuracies

• Audit individual accounts on a random or scheduled basis

• Check for major financial issues

• Ensure projects stay on budget

• Publish audited financial statements

• Work with executives establish budgets

• Oversee Accountants and other financial professionals.

• Oversee internal accounting team. 

• Make suggestions regarding budgets and other financial decisions

• Assist with external company audits

• Perform internal audits to ensure all record keeping is accurate.

• Prepare company taxes for filing.

• File monthly sales taxes.

• Assist leadership with financial forecasting.

• Ensure businesses regulatory compliance.

• Must live in driving distance of Osage Beach, MO.

• CPA credentials is a major plus. 

• Must have experience using QuickBooks. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of accounting and financial software.
