Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a high-volume Emergency Department and Fast-Track Emergency Service Facility
  
• Demonstrate critical thinking and autonomous decision-making in a fast-paced environment
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  
• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation accurately in Meditech EMR
  
• Adapt to varying patient ratios and unit demands while maintaining excellent patient care standards
