Requirements: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start; BLS Required; ACLS Required, and NIH preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
  
• Document patient information accurately in Epic and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
  
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and provide coverage in related units as required.
