Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Coating Operator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operational goals while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Must be proficient in performing all the duties of the Coating Operator Trainee as well as the following:
- Must be able to operate and set up the coater without supervision.
- Understands and follows the MOP’s for each job.
- Makes sure all static and environmental related issues are in place and in order.
- Adhere to all specifications and schedules.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by his/her supervisor
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

- Ability to communicate in English preferred
- High School diploma Preferred
- Shifts are both during the day and evening hours depending on assignment. Overtime as required.
- The general physical requirements are standing and walking on concrete at least 12 hours per day. Some lifting (up to 40 lbs), climbing, pushing and pulling is also required.
- The job is indoors where smoking is forbidden.
- Protective equipment such as safety shoes are required 100% of the time, and other protective equipment is required as necessary. All safety equipment is provided.
- The use of small hand tools may be required on occasion.
- The job also requires the ability to drive a forklift
Compensation: $21/hr plus Shift Differential
Hours: Must be available to work M-F 7pm-7am based on a 4-day work week with OT as needed.
