Job Summary
The Customer Care Operations, D365 Transition Intern will serve as a strategic partner supporting Vybond’s enterprise migration from JDE to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role focuses on high impact operational initiatives that strengthen future state SLA performance, enhance customer experience, and improve workflow efficiency across Customer Care. The intern will support Vybond’s enterprise migration by assisting with data readiness, workflow documentation, case management improvements, and customer experience analysis.
Key Responsibilities
D365 Transition & Data Readiness
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of Customer Care datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with D365 requirements.
- Assess Phase 1 manual processes and document impacts, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Develop a prioritized recommendation roadmap to support Phase 2 enhancements, including workflow redesign and workspace optimization.
- Analyze customer and case data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities that support future state reporting and SLA performance.
- Maintain governance over documentation, ensuring all workflows, SOPs, and training materials reflect post Go Live processes.
Training, Documentation & Change Enablement
- Update training decks, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs to reflect updated D365 workflows.
- Capture insights from training sessions and translate them into improved materials and process refinements.
- Develop a structured training library that supports onboarding, cross training, and future scalability.
- Ensure all documentation is standardized, version controlled, and aligned with future state operational requirements.
Strategic Support for Customer Care
- Conduct workload analysis to support balanced distribution and improved service coverage.
Key Deliverables
- Phase 1 Manual Process Assessment with recommendations for Phase 2 automation and workflow optimization
- Clean, validated datasets ready for D365 migration
- Updated and standardized training materials for Customer Care
- Documented ERP/CRM workflows supporting operational consistency and scalability
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- This internship is structured as an intern to hire opportunity for Customer Care Key Account Specialist roles.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- The intern will collaborate closely with Customer Care and cross functional partners supporting the D365 transition.
Salary : $45,000 - $100,000
