Associate Designer, Women's Lounge

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join our Women’s Lounge Design team. In this role, you will support the development of Vuori’s lounge category, working closely with the design team, product development, and technical design teams to bring new concepts to life. This is a highly collaborative position that requires a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for quality, construction, comfort-driven product, and an ability to balance innovation with brand consistency.

What you'll get to do:

• Partner with the Design Team to research seasonal trends, fabrics, and silhouettes specific to lounge and lifestyle categories.
• Create design sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs to support product development.
• Support fabric and trim selection in collaboration with material teams.
• Maintain the lounge design library, ensuring all sketches, concepts, and revisions are current and organized.
• Assist with fittings, take notes, and track revisions throughout the sample development process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, technical design, and merchandising to ensure design intent is executed.
• Contribute to seasonal presentations and line reviews with compelling visual storytelling.
• Support sustainability and innovation goals through thoughtful design choices.
  
  

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3 years of experience in apparel design; lounge, loungewear, or lifestyle apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design tools a plus.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Excellent sketching and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The salary range for this role is $80,100 per year - $103,005 per year.
