Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
VSSI Staffing is seeking a Sales Assistant/Estimator to join our client’s team in Waxahachie. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction estimating, sales support, and administrative coordination. You’ll play a key role in reviewing project plans, preparing accurate estimates, and managing client communications—primarily via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Prepare and send quotes and cost estimates
- Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily correspondence and documentation
- Maintain organized quote records and track follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely client responses
Qualifications
- Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
