Commercial Roofing Repair Sales / Estimator
We are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Roofing Repair Sales / Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and provide accurate roofing repair estimates for commercial properties.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in commercial roofing systems and sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs
- Develop detailed cost estimates and competitive bids
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Successfully close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure project success
- Continuously improve estimation processes and tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products, industry trends, and competitors
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and sales activity within CRM systems
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial roofing sales and/or estimating required
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and other flat roofing systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to inspect roofs and work comfortably in field environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
