Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Wyoming, MN. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospect leads, and build a strong pipeline of freight customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their transportation needs, and proposing appropriate logistics solutions and pricing. The role involves preparing quotes, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure service commitments are met. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on open opportunities, and provide regular updates on sales activity and market trends. Qualifications
- Proven ability in outbound sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong customer relationship skills, with experience building trust, handling objections, and closing deals.
