Salesperson

Job Summary

Role: Entry-level salesperson supporting DIY automotive and parts sales with knowledge of store systems, inventory, and basic automotive parts. Responsible for providing excellent customer service both in-store and via phone, achieving personal and store sales goals, and offering DIY services such as battery installation and testing. Maintains store standards, manages inventory processes, and ensures cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales and DIY services
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store standards
• Deliver parts safely and ensure store cleanliness
• Operate POS, inventory, and diagnostic systems
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years retail sales experience
• Basic automotive knowledge and system familiarity
• Effective communication, safety awareness, and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
  
  

Physical & Work Environment: Mostly standing/walking, occasional outdoor work, exposure to moving parts, chemicals, and moderate noise. Must have good vision and physical capability to perform job duties.
