This will start part time with 20 hours a week then go full-time with-in 3 months.
Must be based in Florida and willing to travel. (Travel/Hotel – Paid).
Most of the work is Remote (40% onsite required).

Description:
The Data & Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as a critical bridge between MPLT’s business operations and the ATS/CRM implementation team, ensuring that data structures, workflows, and system design align with the realities of a high-performing locum tenens staffing organization. This role will bring deep expertise in recruiting operations, data integrity, and platform configuration—particularly within eRecruiter and/or Bullhorn—to drive a scalable, efficient, and adoption-ready solution.
Key responsibilities include translating COMPANIES recruiting, sales, credentialing, scheduling, and middle office processes into system-aligned workflows and validating future-state processes to improve efficiency and user adoption.
The SME will define and validate data mappings across key entities such as providers, clients, jobs, submissions, and placements, while identifying and resolving data quality issues to support a clean migration and reliable reporting. The role will provide hands-on expertise in eRecruiter and/or Bullhorn, including data model design, workflow configuration, and reporting alignment, while advising on platform capabilities versus customization.
The SME will also support integration design with downstream systems and ensure alignment with reporting needs, including Power BI. They will contribute to user acceptance testing, training content, and adoption efforts by ensuring the system reflects real-world workflows. During go-live and stabilization, the SME will support cutover planning, data validation, and issue resolution, helping to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing optimization.
Specific requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting operations, or ATS/CRM implementations
- Deep expertise in locum tenens industry workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn and/or eRecruiter
- Proven ability to translate business processes into system design and configuration
- Experience with data mapping, data migration, data quality, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with integrations across ERP, payroll, credentialing, and reporting systems
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics alignment (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong collaboration skills across business, operations, and technical teams
- Experience supporting UAT, training, and user adoption efforts
- Familiarity with middle office functions including credentialing, timesheets, billing support, and travel coordination
