We are looking for a Data & Operations SME with strong expertise in Locum Tenens workflows to support an ATS/CRM implementation. This role will bridge business operations and technical teams to ensure successful system design, data migration, and user adoption.
✅ Must-Have Skills
✔ 7–12 years in healthcare staffing / recruiting operations / ATS implementations
✔ Deep expertise in Locum Tenens workflows
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn / eRecruiter
✔ Experience in data mapping, migration, and data quality
✔ Ability to translate business processes into system workflows
✔ Experience with integrations (ERP, payroll, credentialing, reporting)
✔ Exposure to reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
✔ Experience in UAT, training, and user adoption
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Travel up to ~25% to Boca Raton for key phases
✔ Must have an active LinkedIn profile
✔ Strong preference for candidates local to Florida
