Recruiter - Tech/Pro (1st Shift)

Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a global manufacturing company in El Paso, Texas.

As a Recruiter, you will:

* Recruit for high volume manufacturing, professional roles and other positions as assigned. 

* Will build a pipeline using viable sources. Research and build calls lists to recruit top    candidates.

* Will use company and position requirements to recruit candidates.

* Will screen resumes and conduct phone interviews referring only those qualified       candidates to hiring managers.

* Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure efficient         interviewing and selection process.

This is Full Time possible temp to hire position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with OT

The ideal candidate will have: 

* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent is required

* Two years recruiting experience required in a fast pace, high volume environment

* Experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies.

* Ability to manage resources to source viable candidates.

* Excellent resume screening, distribution and tracking.

* Excellent follow up with candidates and hiring managers. 

* Proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay Rate: $24.00 to $28.00

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
