Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Operations Support professionals in Santa Rosa, California. 

As a Manufacturing Operations Support team member, you will:

• Manufacture and support the production of thin film circuits
• Work in fabrication, test, or separation departments as assigned
• Handle delicate and sensitive materials in circuit and substrate form
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as:
  • Masking equipment
  • Etching tools
  • Bonding equipment
  • Probe stations
  • Microscopes abd camera systems for setup and visual verification
• Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
• Follow strict quality standards, processes, and work instructions
• Work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, and other operators
• Maintain compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and safety requirements

This is a full-time opportunity.

Schedules:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to work in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precision handling of small and delicate components
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and system use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based environment

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $26.98 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
