Volt is immediately hiring Sr Time and Labor Analyst (Remote Position)

Roles & Responsibilities of Sr Time and Labor Analyst

• Ensure employee work hours are recorded correctly and follow company policies as well as state and federal laws.
• Review and reconcile time records to make sure payroll and audits are accurate.
• Resolve timekeeping issues and provide support to employees and managers.
• Handle weekly reports such as RRP and keep records ready for audits.
• Test system updates and assist with training staff on timekeeping processes.
• Respond to questions and requests from the timekeeping mailbox.
• Act as the main point of contact for timekeeping processes, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

This is a 06 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in T&L compliance, finance, audit or payroll.
• Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Pay Range: $28 - $31/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
