You deserve a job you loveVolt is immediattely hiring for Community Relations Rep in Carlsbad, Ca. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm Off: Sunday/Monday   As a Community Relations Rep you will:Promoting positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest qualityPerforming resident retention calls according to guidelines currently in placeProviding input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relationsAssisting residents with the move-in and move-out process as neededProviding input regarding how to continually improve and provide more efficient resident relationsMonitoring NPS and Yelp scores daily to improve the customer experience and maintain awareness of community reputationSolving simple to complex resident relations issues in a timely mannerAssisting with achieving financial goals through closing on renewals and transfers, participating in leasing goals and communicating the value of our communitiesPerforming resident retention calls according to guidelines currently in placeEnsuring all relevant information regarding resident concerns and requests are accurately recorded in OneSiteFacilitating the resident retention process which includes renewal paperworkCompleting and submitting final account statements (FAS)Follow up with unresolved resident concerns in surveys or reviews as neededPerforming community inspections to ensure aesthetics are maintained to company expectationsManaging the eviction process from beginning to endParticipating in performance leasing consultant duties as needed (leasing, tours, etc.)This is a Full-Time Temporary Opportunity  The ideal candidate will have:High School DiplomaAt least 2 year of customer service experienceFamiliarity with the company, ideally preferred Familiar with systems like Salesforce and OnesiteAbility to handle basic accounting fundamentals and conceptsAble to work weekends, holidays, and eveningsExcellent written and oral communication and social skillsAbility to float between 2 apartment communities (within the same area) Pay Rate: $21.00-23.00/hr  *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
