Volt is immediately Hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Abilene, TX!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead and supervise team members during shifts
• Ensure high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and team development
• Train and coach team members on company standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain a positive, energetic team culture

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay Rate: $60k-$70k  monthly and quarterly bonuses

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
