Let your career thrive with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for a Project Warehouse Materials Coordinator in Vista, California.As a Warehouse Materials Coordinator you will:Safely transport materials to production and maintain accurate inventory levels.Complete documentation following company procedures for production and materials management.Receive, verify, and process materials from purchase orders.Resolve receipt and invoice issues with Purchasing and Accounting; handle vendor returns.Perform tasks like receiving, sampling, and storing materials and products.Clean and sterilize containers, materials, and work areas as needed.Stock gowning materials for Cleanroom areas and coordinate inventory with QA.Transport materials for batch production and operate material handling equipment.Conduct cycle counting, inventory checks, address discrepancies, and recommend solutions.Manage expiring, scrap, or obsolete materials and update ERP system.Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and hazardous material declarations.Investigate quality issues as directedThis is a full-time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)3 years of experience in multi-site distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting.Experience with ERP inventory transactions (SAP preferred).Knowledge of handling temperature-sensitive products and hazardous goods.Ability to wear PPE such as a respirator when neededAbility to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with DOT, IATA, and hazardous material regulations (CLTD certification preferred).Able to work 8:00 am – 5:00 pmMust pass a drug test & backgroundPay Rate: $22.27 – $34.85 per hour (based on experience and level)*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
