Volt is immediately hiring a Hardware Engineer in Fremont, CAAs Hardware Engineer, you will be.Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.Manage and guide the transition of products into production.Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process.Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred)BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experienceKnowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage /PC hardware architectureDemonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skillsExperience working in manufacturing and/or product development roleAbility to use scope to debugExperience in designing circuit boards is desirableLocation: Fremont, CADuration: 06 months (Temp to Hire)Title: Hardware EngineerPay range : $43.26-$57.69 Hourly*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should?
