Let Volt help move you forwardVolt is immediately hiring for Facilities Coordinator in Burbank, CA 91504As a Facilities Coordinator you will:Assign work tickets to the Service Now system.Team up closely with the maintenance crew—keep them updated on any changes or news.Handle the Facilities Helpdesk: sort incoming questions, reply to them, and pass on tough ones if needed.Answer employee questions, give info, fix issues, and send bigger problems to the right people.Help out with assigning lockers, office moves and updating the locker records (as backup support).Buy office supplies like paper, pens, etc.Make signs for offices, meeting rooms, events, and so on.Be the main contact for the coffee machine or water dispenser supplier.This is a full time- Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:2-4 years in facilities or related field.sProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Pro a plus).Pay Rate: $20 - $21 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
