Entry Level Quality Tester

Move Forward with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring over 20 Entry Level Quality Testers in Fremont, CA.As a Quality Tester you will:Pick up servers from assembly line and roll them down to testing areas to test (walking up to 10,000 steps a day)Move server panels from assembly table to a server rackUse tray table/Lift mechanism to load server into the rackConduct quality tests on servers / racks and monitorsMonitor test progress during testing cycleTest failed serversCheck out test passed server racks and move to hi-pot station and back to storage areaIssue reports in failure issues, re-testsRepeat failure /issues, send to debugThese are full-time - temp to hire positions.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus overtime. The ideal candidate will be able to:Must have strong computer skills - will be documenting in ExcelBe able to walk up to 10,000 steps per dayLinux experience preferred but not required Be able to pass pre-employment screening once offer is made (background and drug test) Pay Rate: $21.50 Per Hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
